I created this tool for the clients I most love to support: anxious high-achievers, recovering perfectionists, and thoughtful people who are often too hard on themselves. It’s rooted in DBT’s “Build Mastery” skill, and I geared it a bit toward the above clients I love to work with. I hope it offers you warmth, self-compassion, and flexibility as you use it.
