A therapist-led book club to deep dive into mental health and wellness books

Therapeutic Book Club

Have you been slowly collecting different self-help books but never seem to get around to them?

Want to finally dig in and explore all the wisdom in those books??

Join Maggie Malone, a licensed therapist, for a group dedicated solely to reading the best literature on mental health, wellness, and personal growth!

This group includes . . .

  • A deep dive into emotional-wellness and self-help literature

  • Therapist-led discussions about the books

  • Discussion of how to apply the concepts from the books into personal life

  • A sense of community

  • An investment in your own self-care and personal growth

Each month, we will select a book and members pay a flat fee to attend that month’s weekly meetings, so you only pay for books you want to read!

  • **Disclaimer** This group is not intended as therapy. It is meant as a helpful resource and possible complement to therapy.

“I’ve always thought that a good book should be either the entry point inward, to learn about yourself, or a door outward, to open you up to new worlds.”
