The Courage to Be Seen: 12-Week Shame Resilience Group for Women
Go from “What Will People Think?”
to “I Am Enough”
Feel like you're never “enough,”
no matter how hard you try?
The Courage to Be Seen is a 12-week therapy group for women who are ready to stop living in shame’s shadow and start reclaiming their self-worth. Using Brené Brown’s shame resilience curriculum, we’ll explore how shame shows up in your life—and how to meet it with courage, connection, and compassion.
Are feelings of shame holding you back from living the life you want?
Do you find yourself constantly striving for perfection, fearing vulnerability, and feeling disconnected from those around you?
Do you struggle to show your true self because of the fear of being judged or rejected?
You're not alone.
“Shame dies when stories are told in safe places.”
- Ann Voskamp
Group is the best way to combat shame because it provides a place for us to be safely seen as we practice new tools.
Through a combination of group discussions, exercises, and individual reflection, you will learn to identify and challenge the messages of shame that are holding you back.
You will discover how to cultivate self-compassion, self-acceptance, and resilience in the face of shame triggers.
And most importantly, you will be part of a supportive community of peers who share your struggles and understand your journey.
Join our group and take the first step towards living a fuller, more authentic life.
Let’s help you break free from shame's grip and embrace the courage to be yourself.

“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”
